Shipping Options and Costs
We ship from Brisbane Queensland Australia to destinations across Australia and select international locations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method you choose. Here are our standard options:
- Domestic Shipping (Australia):
- Standard Shipping: Cost is based on weight with domestic shipping provided by Australia Post
- Express Shipping: Cost is based on weight with domestic shipping provided by Australia Post
- International Shipping:
- Available to [list countries, e.g., New Zealand, USA, UK, or "select countries"].
- Delivery times will depend on destination, from 7 days to 30+ days.
- Pricing is based on weight and destination calculated at checkout.
- Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Delivery
- For customers within 5km of the office, we offer local delivery.
- Delivery Time: will be Next business day if ordered before 12:00 PM AEST.
- Cost: Free
Shipping Restrictions
- Some remote or regional areas may experience longer delivery times or additional shipping fees, which will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
- Track your order directly via Australia Post’s website
- If you don’t receive your tracking details within 2 business days of shipment, please contact us.
Potential Delays
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, public holidays, or carrier delays.
- We’ll do our best to keep you informed if there are any significant disruptions.
Lost or Damaged Orders
- Lost Orders: If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
- Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
- Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they’re processed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping address or order details. We’ll do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.
