Charlie always comes home happy and he races to the door when they come to pick him up! The regular photo updates throughout the day is a fabulous touch.

A day at my place

Here's how the day goes.

Every day is a little different, but the shape is the same — and they come on the days their own little set of friends are here.

Morning: I come to your door

I pick your pup up on my weekday round, anywhere from Wynnum down to Birkdale. No car park, no drop-off queue.

The day: play, a sniff about, a nap

A run in the garden with friends their own size, a game, and a snooze in the shade when they've had enough.

Afternoon: home tired and happy

I bring them back to your door, worn out in the best way and ready for cuddles.

Book a meet & greet I answer every message myself.

Hi, I'm Ros. I look after a small pack of little friends at my home in Lota, and I pick them up from your door anywhere from Wynnum down to Birkdale. Your fur baby comes home tired, happy and very much loved.

  • I've been sending my Cavoodle Doti to Oodles for 4 years since she was 16 weeks old and now sending my new pup Hank along too. Ros picks dogs of similar temperament and puts them on particular days.

  • From the very beginning, they've treated him like one of their own, and it shows in how excited he is to go.

  • Ros has an incredible affinity with the dogs she cares for, and so do they for her. She is kind, caring and trustworthy.

  • It's small dogs only which is exactly what we wanted. Ros picks them up and drops back at our house completely exhausted from a full day of fun!

  • Harvey is absolutely beside himself when Roslyn knocks on the door. Doggy daycare day is the highlight of his week!

From the pups' families

Their families say it better than I can.

Every one of our reviews on Google and Facebook is five stars. Here are a few of the pups, and what their people said.

Little Lucy (9 mths) was timid and uncertain around other dogs until she started with Ros and her fur babies.Going to doggy daycare has allowed Lucy to become comfortable and learn how to play with others in a safe environment. The genuine care displayed has enable me to feel 100% safe with Lucy being with Ros while I work all day. Thanks Ros for giving Lucy a fun filled day with her friends. 🐶😘

I want to thank and recommend Ros from Oodles of Paws for taking exceptional care of our Dachhund, Bella for the past 5 weeks. Bella was visiting us and could not stay at home alone. Ros picked her up everyday and dropped her off in the afternoon. Bella had great fun playing with her little friend and was very well looked after! Thank you, Ros!

I’ve had my little Shitzu in for doggy day care a few times whilst I was living in Brisbane and he absolutely loved it! I had peace of mind knowing he’d be having a ball making new friends whilst in good hands. A great facility at really affordable prices! Very pleased with the service, couldn’t recommend highly enough! :)

We get pictures sent to our phone of Bella playing in their big, secure garden. Ros is a joy to deal with.

Questions I get asked a lot

Small breeds only. Oodles, cavoodles, dachshunds, shih tzus and their little mates. I keep the pack small so every pup gets a bit of me.

Everywhere within a few km of Lota — Wynnum, Wynnum West, Hemmant, Manly, Manly West, Wakerley, Ransome, Thorneside and Birkdale — on weekday mornings, and I bring them home in the afternoon.

Day care is $70 a day, and that includes the pick-up and drop-off. Every new pup starts with a meet & greet.

We do a meet & greet at my place. Your fur baby meets me and a couple of the calm ones, and I watch how they play and who they take to. Then I put them with the pups who suit them — I group them by temperament, so every day has its own little set of friends who get on. I'll come back to you with the days I have for them.

Tell me the days that would suit you and I'll tell you what I have, but I do the matching. The pups are grouped by temperament, so each day has its own little set of friends who play well together. That's how everyone has a good day and nobody gets pushed around. It's the reason a shy little one settles in here.

Yes. I send photos through the day, so you can see your fur baby playing while you're at work.

Just let me know 48 hours ahead and the day becomes a credit to use within the next 14 days, on any day there's a place in the pack. Inside 48 hours the day is still charged, because their place in the pack was held for them.

Bank transfer or cash, any time before the day — the day before or that morning is fine.

Because I've tried a mountain of them on a lot of little dogs, and these are the ones that work. Everything in the shop is what we use here every day.
