Before you come
Once you've sent me your pup's details, I'll be in touch to set a time.
Bring your little one on a lead, and that's it. No paperwork yet, no food, no bed.
At my place
We meet in the garden. It's big, it's secure, and there's shade, so nobody's rushed.
Your fur baby meets me first, and then a couple of the calm ones from the pack. Not the whole crew, just the pups who are good at saying hello. I watch how they play and who they take to.
You're there the whole time, and so am I. Have a cuppa, ask me anything.
After
This is the part that makes my day care different. I don't hand you a calendar. I go away and think about which of the pack your little one would be happiest with, because every day at my place has its own little set of friends who get on. Then I come back to you with the days I have for them.
You tell me which of those suit you. Regular days work best, because their place in the pack is held for them.
Then I send the sign-up form: the waiver, a bit about your pup, and a copy of their vaccination certificate to upload. All online. You pay for each day before it happens, by bank transfer or cash, and there's no joining fee.
And then it's the first morning, and I'm knocking on your door.
If it's not the right fit
Sometimes a pup would be happier somewhere else, and I'll tell you straight. It happens, nobody minds, and I'd rather say so at the meet & greet than have your little one spend a day not enjoying themselves.

Long enough for your little one to have a proper hello and for you to ask everything you want to ask. There's no clock on it.

What if my pup is shy at the meet & greet?
That's fine, and it's common. They meet a couple of the calm ones, not the whole pack, and you're right there with them. It's the reason a shy little one settles in here: they start with the friends who suit them, on the days those friends are here. Send me their details and we'll set a time.
